Your Russian MBBS.
Your next chapter.
A structured career pathway for Indian students and graduates of Russian medical universities. We assess where you stand, prepare you for what comes next, organise your documents — and we follow up at every step.
WE FOLLOW UP.
Anyone can give you a checklist. We assign a case owner, set your next action, track it — and come back to you until it's done.
"We can follow up; we cannot study for you."
Not a shortcut. A structured pathway.
Seven stages, planned around your profile. Not every candidate needs every stage — your assessment decides which apply to you.
Assess
Profile, documents, goals, readiness and realistic options.
Train
Academic revision, clinical reasoning and medical Russian.
Document
Verification, translation and legalisation workflow, tracked.
Relocate
Travel, orientation and settling-in coordination, where applicable.
Accredit
Preparation for the official process that applies to you.
Work
CV, interview preparation and opportunity identification.
Progress
Further education and long-term career planning.
Indicative planning: assessment and documents in month 0–1, preparation from month 1–3, accreditation-oriented work from month 3–9, career support from month 6–12. Stages overlap and timing is not guaranteed — it depends on your readiness, documents, official processes and performance.
Where are you on your journey?
Every stage of a Russian MBBS raises different questions. Choose yours.
Nine modules. One accountable process.
Your assessment determines which modules apply and in what order. Exact inclusions are written into your agreement before you pay.

Clinical terminology, patient-history language, medical documentation and professional communication, with level checks.

Relocation & transition
Pre-departure checklist, travel planning, accommodation coordination and local orientation, where applicable.

Long-term progression
Postgraduate options, Public Health / MPH exploration and destination-specific pathway research.
Progress & follow-up
A named case manager, a dated next action, reminders, weekly reviews, escalation — and family updates with your consent.
A promise you can see on your dashboard.
WE FOLLOW UP is an operating system, not a slogan. Every open case shows exactly where it stands.
- Every case has an owner. A named case manager — not a shared inbox.
- Every case has a dated next action. You always know what happens next and when.
- Missing documents are chased. Regular reminders until your file is complete.
- Active cases are reviewed weekly. Delays are escalated, not ignored.
- Families stay informed — with consent. Parent updates only when the candidate agrees.
- Nothing lives only on WhatsApp. Documents sit in a secure, structured case file.
Pay in stages. Know what each stage covers.
No single large upfront payment. Each stage is paid when you reach it, and inclusions and exclusions are written into your agreement first.
Registration CORE

Document verification & data workflow CORE

Practical adaptation assistance where the candidate needs it.
Not included in the core fee: official and government fees, travel, accommodation, food, transport and personal expenses, translation, notarisation, apostille/legalisation and courier, additional training or simulation-centre hours, and other third-party services. Frequently asked questions
What exactly is STRATWAY RMCP™?
A professional preparation, career-support, documentation and pathway-coordination programme for Indian students and graduates of Russian medical universities. It is not a university, regulator, examination board or licensing authority.
Is RMCP a way to avoid FMGE or any other official exam?
No. RMCP is never a substitute for any officially required examination, training or registration step. We help you understand the requirements that apply to you and prepare for them.
I've cleared FMGE. Am I now allowed to practise?
Clearing an exam, being registered and having legal authority to practise are separate steps. Requirements depend on your qualification, dates and the relevant medical council. Your assessment maps out which steps remain in your case.
Do I need RMCP if I'm still a student?
Not necessarily — but planning early helps. Current students can start with career orientation and medical Russian, so the final year isn't a last-minute scramble.
Can my parents be involved?
Yes, with the candidate's consent. Parents often fund the programme, so we offer clear payment stages and regular progress updates when the candidate agrees.
Do you guarantee a job after accreditation?
No. The optional employment-support stage covers CV, profile, interview preparation, opportunity identification and application coordination. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
Why are fees in two currencies?
Registration is charged in rupees; later stages are priced in US dollars. Where conversion applies, the exchange rate and its date are shown on your invoice.
What happens at the career assessment?
We review your education, graduation status, FMGE status, documents, language level and goals, flag any risks, and recommend realistic next steps — before you commit to anything beyond registration.
